PROCESS - The best chance for an enjoyable and productive real estate move is finding an expert who will help you navigate the muddy waters of buying and selling a home with finesse, integrity, passion and utmost dedication to your success.
The process of selling real estate is complex, stressful, and it requires professional expertise on many levels. From our initial interview, to my market analysis & pricing, to fine-tuning your marketing for success – I do it all with rare passion for your personal strategic goals and success. As a result, my clients enjoy solid deals, stress free transactions and exceptional sales.
EXPERTISE - As a seller's agent, I specialize in preparing, promoting and propelling St. Louis city and county real estate to successful sales. As a buyer's agent in this ever challenging competitive market, my buyers enjoy winning bidding wars and finding hidden gems without overpaying. Securing great deals for my clients, negotiating the best outcome for them and navigating the process of RELOCATION, locally or globally, is my specialty.
Market Research & Negotiation – For Sellers, market research done right means PRICING your house for success. It positions your listing as a top opportunity for buyers, shrinks the time for procuring a solid offer and it gives you an edge in negotiating the best price for you. For Buyers, those skills provide solid negotiation advantage and increase the chances to win great deals, even in competitive situations.
Communications – I am academically trained and experienced in strategic planning, communications, niche marketing, conventional & social media, creative concept development, and visual & verbal presentation. These skills help me consistently exceed my Sellers’ and Buyers’ expectations.
Architecture and Interior Design - From an opulent Tudor, to modern chic, from a lavish estate to a lofty condo, I find beauty of all kinds irresistible. Whether I stage the Sellers' home for sale or help the Buyers personalize their space, transforming houses into my clients’ homes is my passion and one of my greatest joys.

I am married to my best friend and the love of my life with whom I share three bright kids. My husband, Dr. Vladimir Kefalov, is a Professor of Neuroscience and the Vice Chairman of Research of the Department Of Ophthalmology, at Washington University. Our oldest son, Yan-Alexander (1997) graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree, Majoring in Biology with a double minor in Chemistry and Psychology at the University of Missouri, Science and Technology in Rolla, MO. He also plaid Baritone and Euphonium with his university's marching band, was a member of the water-polo and swim teams, and likes to draw as a hobby. Our daughter, Menea (2001) is a professional musician currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree at Berklee College Of Music in Boston, MA, with a Professional Musician major, encompassing vocal performance, song writing, producing, promoting and talent management. She is a classically trained pianist, cellist, self taught on the guitar and ukulele, and started composing her own songs at 10 years of age. Our youngest son, Teo (2003) is pursuing a higher degree in economics and business at Kelley School of Business in Bloomington, Indiana. He also plays the cello, is a member of several business and investment clubs, and can cook one of the best Crème Brûlée deserts you've ever tasted.
We were charmed by St. Louis at first sight when we relocated here in 2005, yet we cherish dear memories of our time in Boston and Baltimore, 6 years each since 1993. I am fluent in Bulgarian, Spanish, Romanian and some Russian. My best stress relief is my pottery studio. I also enjoy tennis, pickleball, hiking and fast walking. I thrive on cooking, conversations of any topic, architecture, renovations, and I feel inspired by Nature ans music. Life's morsels that always bring unconditional joy to me: my kids' and husband's hugs and kisses, as well as the laughter that comes with entertaining our family, friends, colleagues and clients!
